Performance Analyst

Job Title: Performance Analyst

Reports to: Vice President of Operations

Summary: The Performance Analyst is responsible for meeting the portfolio performance reporting needs of the organization and its clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned

-- Production of investment reviews and client reporting, including benchmark calculation and development/maintenance of manager and/or benchmark databases for individual and institutional clients

-- Analysis of report formatting, performance returns and benchmarks

-- Supports business development by providing Request for Proposal (RFP) assistance

Education/Experience: a bachelor's degree with two (2) years of experience in relevant field.

Language: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to respond to complex inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Demonstrated ability in public speaking.

Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to react quickly in stress situations, with emphasis on arithmetic aptitudes. Attention to detail is incredibly important. General investment knowledge required.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be PC Proficient, intermediate knowledge of MS Windows operating system; MS Word; MS Excel; Internet Explorer (browsing software) and MS Outlook (internal email system). Familiarity with investment management systems needed.

Certificates and Licenses: not required.

Supervisory Responsibility: None

Position Type: Part-time and full-time candidates will be considered for this position.

Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000. This range is based upon full-time status.
