Alesco’s Alternative Investment Practice provides access to offerings beyond traditional investments. Examples include private equity (primaries and secondaries), private real estate, private credit, and venture capital, among others.

We source and allocate alternative investments on a custom basis, tailored to the unique needs of our institutional and high net worth clientele. Incorporating these investments into portfolios can enhance diversification and typically exhibit lower correlation with traditional holdings. They may offer the potential for higher returns and can also play a role in reducing portfolio volatility. However, they are generally less liquid and can introduce more risk compared to traditional investments.
