He helps organizations optimize their retirement plans through plan design assistance, investment menu implementation and monitoring, and plan participant investment education and guidance. Justin also works with institutional clients, providing Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) services. These include tailored investment solutions, investment policy consulting, asset allocation modeling, and ongoing education for committees, boards, and staff.

 Justin began his career in public accounting with Deloitte Tax, LLP in Atlanta, GA. He later worked as a partner at a regional CPA firm based in Rochester, NY.
