As head of Alesco's administrative effort, Susan oversees the firm's financial, human resource, and client service support functions. She also manages Alesco’s facilities. Prior to joining the firm, Susan spent 13 years at HSBC in both commercial lending and residential mortgages.

Community Involvement
Susan serves on the Henrietta Parks and Recreation Advisory Board to advise and plan for recreational opportunities for the residents of Henrietta. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a member of the Genesee Valley Chapter of the SHRM.
She also serves as the campaign coordinator for the firm’s United Way Campaign.
Personal Life
Susan and her husband Steve live in Henrietta, NY. They have two children and five grandchildren.
